Project
managed e-government client's upgrade of existing web
site from concept and proposal through to specification,
development, testing and implementation. TESTIMONIAL
"Michael Canaris was engaged by the Northern Territory
Department of Arts and Museums with a brief to rebuild
the Department's web site...At all times Michael provided
a highly professional service...and on many occasions
undertook complex technical negotiations on behalf of
the Department to ensure the quality and appropriateness
of the site. Michael also managed independent contractors
during the course of the project. He did so efficiently
and with a genuine aim to secure and develop the best
possible product to meet Department needs."

Client: Northern Territory University
Study Skills Online
The key issue for this project was accessibility.
The client required the site to be available to a range
of students; from undergraduates to external students
in remote communities of the Northern Territory.
The philosophy informing the design of the
site is one of empowering students through the provision
of usable study skills ideas reinforced wherever possible
with various interactive learning exercises.
It was a vast undertaking the result of which
is 1,423 HTML files, 67 Word documents and 59 .pdf files.
That's a total 1549 files or 53.7 Megabytes.
