for a wide range of deliverables on behalf of our clients.
These include client facing and project negotiations, managing
diverse teams, creating schedules and budgets, establishing
production processes and concept development; and preparing
specification and proposal documentation.
As › PROJECT MANAGERS
we assume the responsibility for creating work schedules and
project budgets. On behalf of clients, these responsibilities
will often extend to coordinating
internal and external teams, depending on project requirements.
At times this has included teams of designers, engineers and
production personnel for outsourced projects. As managers
we have coordinated resource allocation, produced style guides,
introduced content management standards, organised media acquisitions
and drafted IP rights and copyright documentation. In addition
we have worked closely with clients to develop and manage
change processes. For example, in enhancing operations efficiencies
and introducing workflow improvements.

CREATIVE DESIGNERS & DEVELOPERS we have developed
detailed knowledge in web development, design tools and practices.
We are experienced in all major areas of site construction.
These include: HTML page construction, graphic design, GUI
design, preliminary design treatments. Developing site navigation
systems and Javascript components. The addition of site content,
site upload and testing. Building creative solutions for for
content and information architecture. Implementing graphic
and editorial style in-line with corporate identity guidelines.
Facilitating the 'publishing' of data, files and graphics
to the Internet.

As experienced
› TRAINERS we planned
and presented a well-received series of new media educational
courses. We were able to leverage our expert knowledge of
digital design and site development to introduce students
to the fundamentals of website production and graphic design.
The courses focussed on skills development using essential
development tools from Adobe and Macromedia. Many students
went on to develop and maintain websites for their own businesses
and organisations.
